It's time once again for International Eat a Tasty Animal for PETA (IEATAPETA) day!
This is one of my favorite recipes for this day:
Lamb Chops Vesuvio
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic salt
lamb chops (4-6)
make more marinade for more chops (works with chicken too!)
