One: back-up if the President becomes incapacitated or dies and two: Serve as President of the Senate to break ties. Any other things that the Vice President does is at the pleasure of the President.
Now how much do you think a President Hillary Clinton will allow a Vice President to do? How much credit do you think a President Hillary Clinton would want to give up? And by giving tasks to a VP, she gives credit for that task to the VP.
Who would want to be number 3 in a second Clinton Administration? And how are we to really know if it’s Bill or Hill in the number 1 position. We’ll know who is officially in that position, but who’s really there?
