Easy "Silver Dollar" Pancakes
I figured out an easy way to make “silver dollar” pancakes.
Using any pancake mix (I used Bisquick shake and pour) put the batter into a plastic ketchup type squeeze bottle ($1 at WalMart or dollar stores). You have a lot of control over where the batter goes and no messy drips from a ladle.

We had a few right away and the rest are in a Ziplock bag in the freezer ready to slip a few into the microwave for future breakfasts…
