Daylight Saving Time Ends
It’s that time of year again and we switch back to Standard Time here in the States (except for Arizona, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico – they never switched to Daylight Saving Time).
And it is Daylight SAVING Time, the word isn’t plural.
We need to stay with Standard time. The sun will be overhead at Noon.
My dogs and cats won’t be mad at me because they’re hungry tomorrow at 4:00 and they think it’s 5:00 and I tell them to wait until dinner in another hour.

Panna Cotta. I made a panna cotta for dessert for luncheon on Saturday. It was a vanilla panna cotta with an apple cider reduction on top. I served it in some margarita glasses I had on hand.
