Stuffed Zucchini

Sausage stuffed Zucchini. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 3 cups bread (cubed)
- 1 Medium onion (diced)
- 2 roma or plum tomatoes (diced)
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- crushed red pepper (to taste)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Use whatever cheese you like.)
- 2lb zucchini (sliced lengthwise and scooped out)

preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC/Gas Mark 5 |

Then using a spoon (a grapefruit spoon works wonderfully) dig out the centers of the zucchini. Set aside. |
