Paris
June 8, 2007 – 11:17 amParis was unhappy in jail, she cried.
After three days the sheriff let her out and sent her home to a palatial estate wearing an ankle bracelet. The sheriff released her for medical reasons (rumors of a rash, the crying jags).
The LA County Attorney was livid and scheduled a hearing for this morning. Paris was going to “call it in” from her home.
The judge was then livid. He wants to see Paris in his courtroom. He ordered the sheriff to go pick her up and bring her in. The Sheriff is currently at Paris’ home to get her. She has a lot of chihuahuas (I saw at least four on the deck).
Don’t you think a lot of people currently serving in jail would like to be able to serve their time at home with a bracelet instead of in a jail? There are certainly people who would have more reason to be on home confinement rather than in jail. Single mothers in jail for a misdemeanor could qualify for house arrest, at least they can care for their children.
Others may have other, equally valid, reasons to be on home confinement instead of in jail. What do you want to bet, though, that a crying jag or a rash won’t get them anywhere?
Home confinement for Paris Hilton is a joke. She can’t travel, or go to clubs, or go shopping in stores, but she can have her friends over. She has maid service. She doesn’t have to wash out her own panties in a sink at night. She has her little Tinkerbell.
I have absolutely no sympathy for this young lady at all.

I also have no sympathy for Paris. It was foolish for the sheriff to allow her to go home. She needs to serve out her sentence as anyone else would

I think you calling her a young “lady” is very generous. I don’t know many ladies who act that way.
She got what she deserves and maybe she’ll have a chauffeur the next time she drinks and wants to go someplace.
