I Was a Bit Optimistic

But I have a monster headache and I think I’ll need to wait until the total official numbers come in. The AP called the IL Governor’s race for Blagojevich at 7:22 pm, 22 minutes after the polls closed. They based their assessment on exit polling. Blagojevich is making his victory speech now. Blech!

I am disappointed. Now he’s going to think that he can continue his business as usual which was what he ran against in the last election. Blech.

He won’t even live in the Governor’s mansion in Springfield and he has all but moved the State capitol to Chicago. Now he’s spending, spending, spending with no money to pay for it.

I voted. I can bitch. But not until after I throw up.
